We have
very nice flats, apartments, condominums and houses that you
can share with excellent flatmates. Flatmating in iceland is
a rather foreign concept. Until we came along most rooms were
converted storage rooms with no access to a living room or kitchen,
with owner occupiers or with male only migrant workers.
If you want a place with great
facilities where you do not feel like you are intruding (as when
you are sharing with an owner occupiers) then you have found
the right place:

access to a very nice living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Most of our offerings are in
Mosfellsbaer, which is part of Greater Reykjavik. We also have
a studio in 110 Reykjavik.
Please note:

to save money. A typical saving is about ISK 600,000 per year.

of information, e.g. about Reykjavik and Iceland if you have
just moved there.

Although the Reykjavik Metropolis
